    1. I saw the roofer at your house finishing up today! Those 3 demensional shingles are looking good! What color siding did you got with?? Does your elevation have any brick or stone too?

    1. Good choice! Our Siding is also stone mountain clay with pebble cedar shake and then we have brick too, I honestly so to remember the name lol I forgot to take a pic of the house colors! I love the modern look of those colors, I like the black against it too it will looks great! We don't have shutters on our elevation, I don't mind though much! Can't wait to see the outside of your house progress!

  3. Great minds think alike! We originally wanted to go with a dark grey but someone else had it. My realtor picked out the stone mountain clay and I like it better.

  4. How exciting ! Are you allowed to walk in at anytime or do you need to clear it with your PM first ?

    1. We are suppose to get clearance with our PM but everyone does it I even told my SR yesterday I did it and its one of those "if I don't see it it didn't happen" kind of things but once we are "locked out" we will have to have out PM to let us in or SR

    1. I know! It's incredible how fast it has all happened! Hard to believe it will take 2 more months but the Interior stuff and permits are what takes longest! I don't mind though I need the time to pack and get organized!
